GoTo Meeting is a web conferencing software by GoTo. It is an online meeting, desktop sharing, and video conferencing software package that enables the user to meet with other computer users, customers, clients, or colleagues via the Internet in real time.
My role
A core product designer on multiple teams due to limited resources, including GoTo Webinar and GoTo Meeting in San Francisco, and Santa Barbara. I also worked with the German design team to collaborate on our design system. During this time I worked most closely with 3 product managers and 2 engineering managers to discover the best business solutions for our clients.

Scope - How might we design a share panel that allows users to choose who has access.
Problem - There is a security problem. There weren’t enough controls on links to recorded meetings.
